Black&white photograph, framed and glazed, measuring 12" x 16.75", of  
the Supreme Court in the Truman era, 1946-1949, AUTOGRAPHED by all  
nine justices in ink in the bottom margin. Pictured are: (seated, left  
to right) FELIX FRANKFURTER, HUGO BLACK, FRED M. VINSON (Chief  
Justice), STANLEY F. REED, WILLIAM O. DOUGLAS; (standing, left to  
right) WILEY RUTLEDGE, FRANK MURPHY, ROBERT H. JACKSON, HAROLD H.  
BURTON. (These are guaranteed to be the actual signatures of the  
justices, not reproductions.)

Acquired from the personal collection of a California Superior Court  
judge. Mild toning/sunning to the photo with a bit of fading to a  
couple of the signatures (most notably Justices Black and Ruttledge);  
light wear to the frame.
