1565. 8vo. ff.(8),214,(2). With the final blank (2E8) and with 2E7, with only a 
large printed ornament on the recto. Title with a large woodcut device. 
Cont. limp vellum, bottom of spine with a 1" chip. Approx. 1/3 of the text with 
extensive marginal notes in a contemporary hand. Front blank, recto & verso 
with a manuscript index in the same hand.     $850.00 (trade discount

An uncommon edition. Not in Adams or the British Library French STC. This 
Latin version by Gelenius (or Gelen) first appeared in 1555 in a folio 
(Basel: Froben), then in Paris 1565, and then Paris, 1575.
