      Brilliant study of the crossroads churches of old Virginia followed by 
over 35 brief individual histories, accompanied by the lovely full page 
photographs of Frances Benjamin Johnston. This is copy #847 of 1980, SIGNED 
on colophon page by Brock. Bound in patterned cloth over boards with black 
cloth spine titled in stamped silver foil. A few minor extremity bumps, head 
of spine slightly pulled, endpapers show a mild dampstain along lower half 
of hinges, otherwise clean and bright....... $50.00
