engraved frontispiece and 29 plates (1 folding). Complete. Plus numerous 
woodcut diagrams. Later red calf, gilt, over cloth. Occasional foxing and an 
old faded water stain at top blank margin. Page 1019-1020 torn at top margin

In this edition, all copies have 2 preliminary leaves (p. ix-xii) excised 
by the publisher. Sibly (1751-1800) referred to himself as an 
Astrologer-Philosopher and tried to integrate the latest scientific discoveries into his 
astrological point of view.
