Published in Manchester by the Shirley Institute between 1922 and 1925.

The Shirley Institute was a research facility of the British Cotton
Industry Research Association. The Memoirs are yearly sets of technical
and scientific papers concerning various aspects of cotton, its processing
and uses.

4 volumes. 174 + 394 + 362 + 182 pages, hundreds of black & white and text
illustrations. Bound into old uniform quarter leather, with some cover
wear and a gouge to the rear of Volume 4.  $75~

courtesies to institutions and the trade; Postage charges are $5.00 for
the first book, and $2.00 for each additional book. Shipments outside the
U.S. will be billed at cost. We accept returns if we are notified within
ten days of your receipt of the books-please ask for full instructions and
terms. Massachusetts residents must add 5% state sales tax.
