in blue goatskin and linen boards. Illustrated with five photogravures 
by Alfred Eisenstaedt printed from the original negatives created by 
Eisenstaedt in 1952 for the Life Magazine appearance of the novel. Copy 
#364 of 600 numbered copies SIGNED by the photographer. Monthly letter 
laid in. Fine in a suede lined linen clamshell box with leather label.
