meditations. INSCRIBED and SIGNED by the author on the front endpaper:
"To    Miss  -----/at  the  request   of  -----/with  my   blessings +
prayers/in  our Lord/Thomas Merton." Merton tended to sign as  "Father
Louis"  in  most  of  the trade editions of his  books  that  we  have
encountered.  Wear  to the head of the spine of the book;  dustwrapper
with  some  tape repairs. Very Good in a Good or  better  dustwrapper.
