Grabhorn Press for David Magee. 1938. (14),(4)pp. Title & text printed in red, blue &
 black. Laid in at rear is an illuminated vellum leaf (6" x 4-1/2"). Edition 
limited to 120 copies printed at the Grabhorn Press. Tan linen, paper spine 
label, over decorative boards. Housed in publisher's cardboard slipcase. 
Inscribed on front free endpaper, "With the compliments of the author. Jan. 21,
