to the early 20th century. Well illustrated with photographs, a color plate
of the Head Office of the Port of London Authority, photographs, and plans.
This copy SIGNED by Owen, who was the General Manager of the Port of London
Authority, under a typed inscription to Dr. William H. Wilmer, noted
Baltimore ophthalmologist. Bound in dark blue leather over boards with spine
and upper board stamped in gilt. A few minor extremity rubs. Hinges remain
sturdy and sound....... $75.00
