in gilt. First edition. Text in both Japanese and English. Honen 
(1133-1212) also known as Genku, was the founder of Jodo Shu, an 
independent branch of Japanese Pure Land Buddhism. OCLC shows only 4 
listings. Offsetting on the endpapers, else a near fine copy in a 
good slipcase with a repaired tear and some scuffing.  [32375] $185.00
