"A Catalogue of Masonic Pottery. The Freemasons’ Hall, Duncombe Place,
York, In the Possession of the Province of Yorkshire North and East
Ridings and the York Lodge"

By G.Y. Johnson & F.H. Bramwell. Printed in York by Ben Johnson & Co.: 1951.

A scholarly catalog of 18th and 19th century Masonic pottery from around
England. The catalog was compiled by the Librarian and Secretary of the
York Lodge with the assistance of G.F. Buckler, a longtime collector of
ceramics, and the standard of cataloging is really quite good, as are the
illustrations. No limitation is noted, but it seems probable that they did
not print a large number of copies.

Hardcover. 5.5”x8.5”, 60 pages plus 13 b/w plates; a very nice, clean,
tight copy. With a letter from Bro. Johnson tipped-onto the front endpaper
presenting the catalog to a fellow Mason. $250.00
