ALLEN,  Hervey  (Edward  A. WILSON). NINE  SIGNED  LITHOGRAPHS  TO
ILLUSTRATE  "ANTHONY  ADVERSE".  [New York]: [Limited  Editions  Club]
[1937].  First  Edition.  Nine SIGNED lithographs (8"  x  12")  with a
leaflet  titled  "The Artist's Note Upon the Lithographs" laid  into a
portfolio  with a printed title label on the front cover. Scarce proof
set  of  these  striking  lithographs drawn on the  stone  by  Wilson.
Although  no  limitation is stated, a note to members issued with  the
printed  text states that fifty sets were made and offered directly by
the  artist.  Lithographs  Fine;  the portfolio with  wear  along  the
spine.                                                        $1000.00
