From our Fall Catalog of 60 New Arrivals now posted on our website:

this caliber, in a variety of fields including Literature, Presidential,
Hand-colored Plates, Autograph Letters, Early Printing, Americana, etc.
STYRON, William. SET THIS HOUSE ON FIRE. New York: Random House, (1960).
First Edition. Styron's third book, this copy in the very scarce trial
dustwrapper of light green paper with red lettering containing only the
title, author, and publisher on the spine and the author on the front
cover with the title in green letters on a red background. The only
other printed information is the price of $5.95 printed in red on the
front inside flap. Speculation is that no more than 30 copies were
issued with this dustwrapper with Styron's bibliographer, James West,
stating that only 12 copies like this were issued. In any case a scarce
issue, . Near Fine in a Very Good example of the scarce state of the
dustwrapper with typical light soiling and a small chip at the head of
the spine. Housed in a fine cloth slipcase. $600.00
