An uncommon signed copy of Irish Rebels in English Prisons: A Record of Prison Life (Author's Autographed Edition) by Jeremiah O'Donovan Rossa. Published in New York by P. J. Kenedy and Sons, a special signed edition issued after the original 1882 publication. No publisher's date, circa 1900.

O'Donovan Rossa (1831-1915) was an Irish-born shopkeeper-turned-political-activist, whose activism eventually landed him in jail, where he suffered inhumane and cruel treatment at the hands of the prison authorities. He dedicated this book to his fellow prisoners.
