over marbled boards, extremities somewhat rubbed, but still sound. This 
copy inscribed by Gray on the first blank, "[to] William Whitman Bailey 
– From the Author, August, 1879" and with a brief autograph note signed 
by Gray pasted to the inside front cover.   $750.00
