Jennings and William Chaplin, 1830. 278 pp. Illus. with series added 
engraved title page and 25 engraved plates (including frontis). Sm. 
8vo. Green morocco bordered with 5 blind rules, circular flower 
corner ornaments stamped in blind, gilt title on spine, all edges 
gilt (hardback). First edition. This is the first issue of The 
Landscape Annual which he published with a tourist in a different 
country, for five issues from 1830 through 1834 (Later continued as 
Jennings Landscape Annual 1835-1839). Plates printed by Fenner and 
engraved by various engravers under the direction of Charles Heath. A 
very good copy, joints and extremities worn, spine darkened and dry,

rubbed, head of spine worn, light scattered foxing, small booksellers 
ticket on front pastedown, owner's stamp on free endpaper, both

edition. This is the second issue of Heath's Picturesque Annual which 
he published until 1845. A near fine copy, faint toning to endpapers,

  6. Campbell, Thomas, ed. THE SCENIC ANNUAL FOR MDCCCXXXVIII. London: 
George Virtue, 1838. 4, [1], 5-69 pp. Illus. with 36 engraved plates. 
4to. Publisher's bright blue cloth illustrated in blind with stylized 
flowers and birds, central gilt urns, spine gilt, all edges gilt 
(hardback). First edition. This is the only issue of this 
publication. Most of the plates are by Barlett (including Niagara 
Falls from the Ferry, two of the Hudson River, Saratoga, NY, a number 
of Scotland and Switzerland, Europe), plus a few by Thomas Allom and 
Clarkson Stanfield. Gilt lightly rubbed else a very good+ copy,

  7. L. E. L. (Letitia Elizabeth Landon) FISHER'S DRAWING ROOM 
SCRAP-BOOK 1837. London: Fisher, Son, and Jackson, 1837. 56 pp., [4] 
adv., plates. Illus. with 36 engraved plates and 43 wood engravings. 
Sm. 8vo. Quarter red morocco gilt over pick cloth boards stamped in 
blind, gilt central medallion illustrating middle eastern scene 
(hardback). First edition. This is the sixth issue of Fisher's 
Drawing Room Scrap-Book which ran from 1832 until 1852. Excellent 
engravings, mainly of European scenes and portraits, by a variety of 
artists including Bartlett. Boards quite worn with scuffs at 
extremities, dampstain to top edge of the first few leaves, mainly 
marginal and not affecting the images, otherwise plates and contents

be billed. Trade allowance. Postage for Domestic orders is $4.00 for 
the first book and $1.50 for each additional volume. Books are 
normally shipped Media Mail. For international orders, postage is 
calculated individually. All books may be returned in original 
condition for any reason within two weeks with prior notification.
