clipped dust jacket, Jacket in Mylar protector.
      Fascinating picture of life on and along London's river from 
prehistoric to modern times, assembled from the relics recovered from the 
river's bottom. Authoritative underwater archaeological study. Dust jacket 
illustrated by Edward Pagram. Bound in dark blue cloth over boards with 
gilt-stamped spine, dark gray topstain, endpaper maps. Minor extremity 
bumps. Jacket shows some mild edge wear with shallow chips, rubs, and a few 
closed tears. Color remains bold and bright. Attractive copy of this
