front, an inserted ad before text p. 1, and 4 leaves of ads at back. Orig. 
printed wrappers, a bit soiled. Spine with a few chips, otherwise a very 
attractive fresh copy. With the bookplate (dated 1894) of Edwin Holden, influential 
Grolier Club member and the founder of the Club Bindery along with Robert 
Hoe. Housed in a full red morocco solander case by Stikeman of N. Y.

This is apparently the second issue (of four) of the first edition, with 
"Mufid I Am Press" on the front wrapper and with periods after A. and H. in 
the publisher's name.
