Inserted is an Autograph Letter Signed to Fothergill from Garrison/Morton author Sir William Roberts, mentioning his work on dietetics & dyspepsia  Contemporary review of the book pasted opposite title, Welcome Library duplicate stamp on verso of title. A large part of the work consists of recipes: white wine whey, lobster soup, red mullet in paper, hodge-podge, sweet eggs, milk lemonade, gooseberry fool, matrimony pudding, suet pudding with treacle, stewed eels, potted trout, and may other such delights. $125.00
