KULING ESTATE DIRECTORY AND GENERAL INFORMATION FOR VISITORS ISSUED UNDER THE DIRECTION OF THE KULING COUNCIL [Kuling, or Guling],1935. Original printed wraps, very good, [2], 29 pp. of English text at front, and unnumbered Chinese text at rear.  Photos and advts (on colored paper) for a bookstore, hotels, Hospitals, schools, dairy, &c. Includes lists of land owners (Chinese & Europeans.)  The Kuling Estate was a Summer resort administered by the British as a part of the Concession of Kiukiang, but not returned with the Concession under the Chen-O'Malley Agreement of 1936.  OCLC locates only the Oxford Univ. copy. There may also be a copy at the Univ. of Hong Kong.  RARE.
