the front cover and spine; 672 pages. Illustrated with many plates and 
facsimiles. Sixguns 2174; Herd 2217: "Scarce"; Jenkins BASIC TEXAS BOOKS 
201: "the best volume of 19th century Texas humor." Later state of the 
Contents section and with all of the imprints noted by Jenkins on the 
title page except Cleveland & New York. Hinges cracked but tight. Near 
Fine, bright, sharp copy and uncommon in this condition.         $150.00
