pattern-paper sides by Frederic Warde. Introduction by H. G. Wells. 
Designed and decorated with fleuron arrangements and reproductions of 
sixteenth century woodcuts by Bruce Rogers including a superbly designed 
title page composed of printers' ornaments. Copy #875 of 1500 SIGNED by 
the designer on the title page. Spine a little foxed, as usual. Near 
Fine in a complete slipcase with the bottom section partly detached.
