READING VERSION. Garden City: Doubleday, Doran & Company, 1929. First 
American Edition (there were 1000 copies printed for sale in England). 
Thin quarto (7-1/4" x 9-7/8") in cloth-backed boards designed by the 
illustrator, Blair Hughes-Stanton, who also contributes nine somber wood 
engravings to the text. Laid in is an interesting piece of ephemera, a 
program for a 1930 production of the play at the Yale University School 
of Fine Arts Drama Department with a cover engraving by Hughes-Stanton.
