references to sources. Sources are listed in Appendix B. The whole is 
preceded by a 60+ pages overview of Maryland's role in the war. INSCRIBED 
and SIGNED by Hartzler on front free endpaper. Bound in gray cloth over 
boards with upper board and spine stamped in silver foil. Light rubs to
