inlays, and stamped in blue, green & gilt, from a design by Tini & Einen
Miura. T.e.g. with colored dots. Housed in publisher's black morocco & cloth
clamshell case with red morocco spine label. Signed on blank leaves at end
by the members of the team that created this work: Bernard Middleton, Ward
