Inscribed by Heinlein to Catherine & L. Sprague 
de Camp. Catherine de Camp is one of the 
Dedicatees of the book - on the Dedication Page, 
Heinlein has underlined her name "Catherine" in 
the list of Dedicatees and inscribed above the 
list "To Catherine & Sprague, with my love, Bob." 
Heinlein has also signed his name in full "Robert 
A. Heinlein" on the front free endpaper. A fine 
copy in a nearly fine dust jacket. ¶ A science 
fiction novel, the tale of Friday Jones, a 
genetically engineered woman living in the 
future. The book is dedicated to 31 different 
women, many of whom - 'Bubbles', 'Ursula', 
'Vonda', 'Ginny' - are instantly recognizable. 
Heinlein has marked Catherine's name on the list 
and inscribed it to her & Sprague 'with love'. A wonderful association copy.
