I can offer...

[NASH, John Henry] LOUNSBURY, Charles [i.e., Williston Fish]. A Last Will & Testament. San Francisco: John Henry Nash, 1935.
Large bifolium, measuring 27 1/2 by 22 1/2 unfolded, housed in a marbled board portfolio with cloth spine. The recto of the first leaf has an Introduction by E. F. O'Day describing the editorial history of the mythical Charles Lounsbury's piece, with Nash's imprint. Some modest foxing, upper left corner of the bifolium lightly creased, very small stain in the upper blank corner of the Introduction leaf. The spine of the portfolio is a little chipped. Overall very good.
A rather enthusiastic printing of Fish's popular sentiment. The title is printed across both leaves and the first initial letter and title are printed in red gothic type surrounded by black leafy ornament; the text is printed in a combination of italic and roman; the text on both leaves is enclosed in a wide acanthus border printed in green and enclosed in gilt frames. There is no limitation mentioned anywhere, but it seems to be somewhat uncommon.
This was printed near the end of Nash's career in San Francisco. Harlan, in "John Henry Nash: The Biography of a Career," says "In 1935 the quantity of Nash's work declined appreciably. Its quality, however, was rigorously maintained."

$75 plus shipping.
