8 full-page color plates, 25 black-and-white drawings, and an ORIGINAL 
GRAPHIC hand-printed at the Water street Press on Arches paper laid in 
loosely at the rear. Copy #333 of 2000 SIGNED by Reid, Rabassa, and 
Ferrer on the colophon page. Monthly Letter laid in. Spine sunned. Near
