19th century 1/2 red calf, gilt, over marbled boards, lightly rubbed,
red & brown calf spine labels. Three engraved armorial bookplates on
front pastedown. Several ownership signatures on a preliminary blank,
the earliest dated 1653. A few leaves closely trimmed along the bottom
