the city with an engraved view running along the top portion. 
Contemporary vellum. Some light text browning, but a fine

Very scarce first edition of this history of Valenciennes, France 
(northern France, close to the border with Belgium). Brunet IV, column 
262. BL 17th century French Books O198 (imperfect).
