1984. First Edition. Cloth spine with red paste paper boards. First
printing of Ford's address at the English-Speaking Union in London on 30
November 1983. Copy #74 of 250 numbered copies SIGNED in full by the
former president. There were an additional 100 numbered copies with a
vellum spine in a tray case. Fine without slipcase, as issued. Handsome

FORD, Gerald R. THE WAR POWERS RESOLUTION: A CONSTITUTIONAL CRISIS?
(Oroville, CA): Butte College Press, 1992. First Edition. Green cloth
with gilt lettering. Illustrated with photographs. There were only 250
numbered copies, but this is one of a small number with the printed
statement on the colophon page "Presentation Copy" and SIGNED in full by
Ford on the half-title page. Fine without slipcase, as issued.
