Six of the houses are listed as historically significant and the suburb is a conservation area. This present set, which contains views of many important buidlings, would have been appropriate to his interests]. Top edges gilt. Attractive bindings by Larkins, only lightly rubbed at edges. Some pages with light foxing. Includes portraits of royals, statesmen, authors, artists, etc. with views of many historic buildings. A nice set.
