TITLE: “Miniature Japanese Metalwork. The Eugene W. Kettering Collection”

Published by the Dayton Art Institute in 1975.

DISCUSSION: The catalog to an exhibition of a collection mostly devoted to
18th and 19th century examples of menuki, small, decorative fittings of
gold which are placed on either side of the hilt of the samurai sword.
There are also other small sword fittings included as well, but menuki
make up the bulk of the collection.

DESCRIPTION: Softcover. 7.5”x9”, 28 pages, black & white illustrations.

CONDITION NOTES: Minor wear, light soil, but otherwise clean and nice,
with a tight binding.
