HESSE, Hermann. STEPPENWOLF. Westport: Limited Editions Club, 1977. Tall 
octavo (7-1/2" x 11-1/2") bound in half black cowhide stamped in gold 
and clerical grey buckram sides, 200 pages. The Basil Creighton 
translation revised by Joseph Mileck and Horst Frenz and printed 
letterpress at the Press of A. Colish. Illustrated with ten full-page 
and twelve text woodcuts by Helmut Ackermann printed directly from the 
blocks. Of a total of 1600 copies SIGNED by the artist on the colophon 
page, this copy is a publisher's overrun and is not numbered. Monthly 
Letter laid in. Fine in glassine and a Fine slipcase. (#016267)
