copy being the first issue with the section number on page 199 printed 
"23" instead of "22." INSCRIBED and SIGNED by the author to his friend 
and fellow writer David Bone: "D.W.B./David--this is your book,/'secure 
amidst perils'--/with Love from/Chris/May 8-1931." The quoted phrase is 
from Morley's novel WHERE THE BLUE BEGINS. From the Morley collection of 
Herman Abromson, with his bookplate on the front pastedown. Fine in a
