[Bookbinding] Bouchot, Henri. De La Reliure. Exemples a imiter ou a rejeter. Paris: Edouard Rouveyre, 1891. One of 650 numbered copies “sur Velin teinte” (of total edition of 750 copies). With 15 black and white photos of fine modern bindings and several small sketches in the text. Small 8vo, found in full blue-grey crushed morocco signed by Zaehnsdorf, with gilt lettering in one panel of the spine and a simple gilt ornament in the others, large gilt lozenge ornament at the center of the covers, fine gilt inner dentelles, t.e.g.; the original printed wrappers are bound in. The Zaehnsdorf name is stamped inside the front cover and their exhibition seal is stamped inside the rear. Small split at the top of the upper hinge, some offsetting to the half-title, otherwise a fine copy.
