TITLE: "Illustrated Catalogue of the Important Collection of Rare and
Choice Specimens of Old English and American China, Rare Color-Glass,
Pewter, Copper and other Interesting Objects Collected by the Connoisseur
Mr. Frederick J. Williamson of Montclair, New Jersey"

Gallery/Date: New York; American Art Association: December 4-8, 1916.

Discussion: The auction of an important early collector of early English
pottery, Staffordshire, Stiegel and other glass and American, English, and
European pewter. As with most catalogs of this era, the descriptions are
somewhat terse and there are not as many illustrations as in modern
catalogs, but as a single-owner sale of this type of material, including
American examples, the sale retains great interest for students and
scholars of collecting of that time period.

Description: Softcover. 6”x9”, 1,247 lots, 158 pages, plus 12 black &
white plates.

Condition Notes: Light wear, a little soil, a few pencil notes.

PRICE: $60.00
