Contains: his discourses, papers, journal, commentary on Du Fresnoy's "Art of Painting", his life by Edmund Malone, and a life by Joseph Farington. With the bookplates of Frederick Whiley Hilles (the author of, among other works, "The Literary Career of Sir Joshua Reynolds.")  A desirable set.  ($300)  $125
