[Rarebooks] [IOBA Tradebooks] FS: Confederate Colonel, Walker's Texas Rangers, ALS 1884

I have signed up for 'rarebooks at rarebooksmailinglist.com' and emailed them many times with no response. All my emails get a response that they are being held for the moderator. I have never received any mail from them for their list either. 
Does anyone know if they are still functional? If so, any suggestions?
