HUNEKER, James Gibbons. AUTOGRAPH MANUSCRIPT SIGNED (AMS): IBSEN THE
INDIVIDUALIST. . First Edition. A 17-page HOLOGRAPH MANUSCRIPT, closely
handwritten with numerous corrections and SIGNED by the author at the
conclusion of this essay on Ibsen, likely published in Huneker's book
ICONOCLASTS. Quarto (8-1/4" x 10-1/4") bound in full tan morocco leather
with an elaborate gilt border on both covers, gilt dentelles, and a
gilt-decorated and lettered spine with five raised bands. The printed
version of the essay, inlaid to size, is bound at the end. The front
joint and spine are rubbed, with the leather rubbed off two of the
raised bands. Near Fine in a lovely binding rubbed along the spine.
