the Price Adjustment Section, Ventral Procurement District, Army Air Forces,
at Detroit, Michigan, in connection with Renegotiation hearings for the
calendar year of 1943. Its purpose is to acquaint the Board with the major
contributions of the United States Rubber Company to the war effort, and,
specifically,. To set forth various tasks which have been successfully
executed- some of which, in contributing to the war effort, were well beyond
that degree of efficient operation which normally could be expected of a
well managed rubber fabricator."  "The greatest single contribution of the
United States Rubber Company to the war programs is the manufacture of
small-arms ammunition at the Des Monies Ordinance Plant."   FINE
