Later reprint edition (the first edition is 1719 under a slightly different title) of an important reference work for builders and architects in Spain. The 1791 edition is the first edition to contain the added text with regulations regarding fire-fighting. The building codes as established by the Gobierno Politico de las Fabricas are detailed. There are 8 editions between 1719 and 1798, all are scarce. See Palau 15759.
