A key set for the study of German law by one of the foremost legal scholars of his day. Putter (1725-1807) taught law at Marburg and Gottingen. Ten years after Volume 12, a fourth physical volume was added. It has 3 parts (i.e. parts 13-15), printed in 1801-1809.
