Poor Lil' Mose, America's first Black comic strip, ran in the New York
Herald, 1900-1902. The cartoonist, Richard Felton Outcault (1863-1928), is
considered "the father of the American Sunday comics." He is best known for
"The Yellow Kid" and "Buster Brown."  $100.00
