Small 4to pamphlet (20 cm) bound in modern, but not recent, patterned wraps; [4] + 23 + [5] pp.; with the half-title and 4-page publisher's catalogue. Wing D1602; ESTC R29366.

First leaf bears half-title on recto and license-to-print on verso. Some wear and shallow chipping to the wraps, rear cover coming loose at the top, but still secure; browning to the half-title page, modest toning and dust-soiling to the edges of the text block, small hole in the upper margin of the last leaf (not affecting text; otherwise quite clean and sound, securely bound.
