Signed on their photographs by: Paul Polo Barnes [clarinet]; Emanuel Sayles
[banjo]; and Kid Thomas [signed on a group photo of the 1921 Elton Theodore
Band, showing him as a 25-year-old trumpet player]. Kid Thomas Valentine
(1896-1987), a hot trumpet player in New Orleans in the 1920s, named his
own band The Algiers Stompers for the suburb of Algiers, Louisiana, where
they lived and performed for decades.   $100.00
