I can offer...

[Hakluyt, Richard] The Voyages of The English Nation to America Before the year 1600. From Hakluyt’s Collection of Voyages (1598-1600). Edited by Edmund Goldsmid, F.R.H.S., F.S.A. Edinburgh: E. & G. Goldsmid, 1889-1890. Five volumes bound in four. 8vo, three-quarter contemporary red calf and green cloth boards. 383; 622; 377; 260 pp. Spines slightly and uniformly faded, and with some minor rubbing to the spine ends; small nick to the spine of volume 3; some modest soiling to the title-page of volume 2; otherwise a very good copy.

A scarce issue of just the portion of Hakluyt’s celebrated collection of voyages relating to the Americas, which originall comprised the third volume of the 1598-1600 edition.

“In the ten years between 1588 and 1598 Hakluyt tapped every source available to him—witness the story of his two-hundred-mile ride to seek out the only living survivor of a Labrador expedition of 1536; he studied his material as no man had done before him, and achieved a masterpiece which despite many criticisms leveled at various parts, puts the name of Richard Hakluyt beyond those of all other men who had written of voyages and discoveries –Waldman” (Cox, A Reference Guide to the Literature of Travel I, p. 4).

George Bruner Parks ( Richard Hakluyt and the English Voyages, p. 265) notes a 16-volume set issued by Goldsmid between 1884 and 1890, and it’s most likely that these American volumes were also issued separately to tap into the lucrative American book market.
