11-3/4") bound in modern calf-backed boards with gilt rules and a 
gilt-lettered black morocco spine label, new endpapers; [12], 341, [2, 
blank], [1] pages. With the scarce final label leaf. Title page printed 
in red and black. THE FIRST COMBINED EDITION OF JUVENAL AND PERSIUS IN 
ENGLISH. Illustrated with 36 copper engravings, including 4 full-page (2 
folding), and 17 woodcut figures and decorative initials throughout.
