(4),xii,292pp. Index. Plus 80 plates. Housed in a rear pocket are 2 maps: a folding topographic map of the Green River, and folding geological profiles of the Green and Colorado Rivers and the Ohio and Mississippi Rivers. Rebound in modern black "morocco-like" textured buckram over brick cloth. Mounted on a preliminary blank is a printed letter from the Secretary of the Department of the Interior, dated Dec. 2nd, 1875, presenting the book "at the request of the author" and signed by the Secretary. Bound in at rear are added to this copy approximately 100 pages of photographs and articles taken from Arizona Highways magazines from 1946. Bound in after the half-title are added to this copy 10 pages from West Ways magazine of Sept. 1947.	$500.00 (trade discount allowed)
