TITLE: “Suburban Homes with Constructive Details, by Numerous Architects”

Published in New York by David Williams Company in 1923.

DISCUSSION: "Comprising twenty-three artistic suburban country and city
homes, embracing floor plans, elevations, and constructive details,
showing interior and exterior finish, all drawn to scale, together with
extracts from the specifications. Illustrated with half-tone reproductions
from photographs of the completed structures, and ninety-nine full-page
plates of plans, elevations, and details". A revised edition, which was
"in reality an entirely new work". This volume was the fourth title in the
"Building Age" series. Among the interesting details, are the estimated
cost of each house, which ranged from $4,000 to $24,000.

DESCRIPTION: Hardcover. 13"x9", about 175 pages, black & white and line
illustrations.

CONDITION NOTES: Some light wear and soil, hinges tender.
